Owen Kessler, Owner and Piano Relocation Specialist, still climbs into the truck for the trickiest pianos himself — the same skid-board technique he learned on a Harrisburg piano-dealer loading dock back before Apollo existed. Paige Donnelly runs Customer Intake and Scheduling, the first voice most callers hear and the person who turns a rough inventory into a real date on the calendar. Derrick Mabry works as Move Coordinator, keeping crews, trucks, and COIs lined up so nothing slips between the quote and the truck showing up.
Whitney Sorrell, our Estimator, walks homes and reviews video surveys to turn access and inventory into the flat written number you sign. On move day, Corbin Lassiter leads as Crew Chief for Piano & Specialty jobs, calling the plan on every upright, baby grand, or grand that needs a stairwell navigated. Emmett Draper leads as Crew Chief on Long-Distance runs, the one steering the truck out I-83 or the PA Turnpike toward Philadelphia, Baltimore, DC, or Pittsburgh.
